About Kosta

Born and raised in Redondo Beach, California, Kosta grew up surrounded by the world of development. With both of his parents involved in the industry, he was introduced to construction and real estate at a young age. By the time he was eight years old, his father had already instilled in him a strong work ethic and hands-on understanding of the business that would later shape his career.

Today, Kosta is the driving force behind KLM Development, specializing in high-end, custom-designed homes in some of the most prestigious locations in Southern California, including Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and the Hollywood Hills. His work has established him as a trusted name in the luxury residential and commercial space.

Kosta and his team are particularly known for taking on complex hillside developments, large-scale projects that require vision, precision, and deep construction expertise. With multiple significant projects underway at any given time, he continues to push boundaries while delivering homes that combine architectural beauty with exceptional craftsmanship.

A licensed contractor in both California and Arizona, Kosta has built extensively in both states, as well as internationally in Greece, where his family originates. Throughout his career, he has experienced the inevitable highs and lows that come with development, but each project, whether a success or a challenge, has strengthened his knowledge, resilience, and commitment to the craft.

At the core of Kosta’s work is perseverance, creativity, and a relentless drive to bring ambitious projects to life.
